Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport – Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, your professional safari guide will warmly welcome you and brief you about your safari. Begin the scenic drive to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest and oldest conservation area. Along the way, you may stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an optional rhino tracking experience before continuing to the park. Arrive in the evening, check into your lodge, relax, and prepare for the exciting adventures ahead.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Nile Boat Cruise
Wake up early for a thrilling morning game drive across the northern plains of Murchison Falls National Park. Search for elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, hartebeests, leopards, hyenas, and many bird species.
After lunch, enjoy an unforgettable boat cruise on the River Nile towards the base of the mighty Murchison Falls. Along the riverbanks, spot hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and numerous water birds before hiking to the top of the falls for breathtaking views.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, depart Murchison Falls and journey southwest through Uganda’s beautiful countryside towards Queen Elizabeth National Park. Enjoy scenic views of tea plantations, rural villages, rolling hills, and the spectacular Albertine Rift Valley.
Arrive in the evening and check into your safari lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Morning Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise
Begin the day with an exciting sunrise game drive through Kasenyi Plains, one of Uganda’s best wildlife viewing areas. Look out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, warthogs, hyenas, and if lucky, elusive leopards.
In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the famous Kazinga Channel, where you’ll encounter one of Africa’s highest concentrations of hippos alongside crocodiles, elephants, buffaloes, and countless bird species.

Day 5: Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Ishasha Sector
After breakfast, drive through the southern Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, renowned for its rare tree-climbing lions. Keep your camera ready as you search for these unique predators resting in giant fig trees.
Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to almost half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. Arrive in the evening and relax at your lodge.

Day 6: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Today is the highlight of your safari. After an early breakfast, report to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers before beginning your gorilla trekking adventure.
Your trek may last between two and eight hours depending on the gorillas’ location. Once found, you’ll spend one magical hour observing these gentle giants as they feed, play, and interact in their natural habitat. This life-changing wildlife encounter is one of Africa’s greatest safari experiences.
Return to the lodge for relaxation and celebration.
