Make sure you apply for the correct visa type based on your travel plans and reasons. This is because with your type of visa, they have some of the documents different.  
2. Check Visa Requirements: Review the visa requirements specific to your nationality on the official website of the Ugandan embassy or consulate in your country. Requirements may include a valid passport, visa application form, passport-sized photos, proof of sufficient funds, and a return ticket.
3. Complete the Visa Application Form: Download and complete the visa application form from the official website of the Ugandan embassy or consulate in your country. Fill it out accurately and honestly. You may be required to provide details about your intended travel, such as your itinerary and accommodation.
4. Gather Required Documents: Collect all the necessary documents required for your visa application.

Typical documents include:

• A valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining.
• Passport-sized photos meeting the specified requirements.
• Visa application form (completed and signed).
• Proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Uganda.
• Proof of accommodation bookings or a letter of invitation from a host in Uganda.
