The trek can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours depending on the location of the gorilla group, but the reward is priceless — an hour spent face-to-face with a family of wild mountain gorillas. Watch them feed, groom, and interact, an experience that is both humbling and unforgettable.

After your trek, return to the lodge to relax and reflect on this once-in-a-lifetime encounter.

Day 5: Return to Kigali or Entebbe for Departure

On your final day, you’ll depart for either Kigali or Entebbe, depending on your flight schedule and preferences. If time allows, you can stop for cultural visits, souvenir shopping, or a short city tour along the way.
