Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport – Transfer to Lodge

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a professional driver-guide from Kenlink Tours. Your safari officially begins with a smooth meet-and-greet and assistance through arrival formalities. You will then be transferred to your hotel where you will receive a detailed briefing about your upcoming Uganda adventure.

Depending on your arrival time, you may exchange money and, if time allows, enjoy an optional city tour with your guide. Later, relax and prepare for the journey ahead.

Day 2: Transfer to Jinja – Source of the Nile & Rafting Experience

After breakfast, drive east to Jinja, Uganda’s adventure capital. Visit the dramatic Itanda Falls, where skilled local kayakers navigate powerful rapids, creating an exciting spectacle. You will then enjoy a half-day rafting experience while observing birds and riverside scenery.

Later, visit the legendary Source of the River Nile and take a boat ride where the river separates from Lake Victoria and begins its long journey northward through Uganda, Sudan, and Egypt to the Mediterranean Sea.


Day 3: Transfer to Mbale – Sipi Falls Hiking Experience

Travel to Mbale town with a brief lunch stop before continuing to the scenic slopes of Mount Elgon and Sipi Falls. In the evening, enjoy a guided nature walk and hike to the three stunning Sipi waterfalls.

The hike involves walking along farm trails, navigating steep and sometimes muddy paths, climbing ladders, and enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Day 4: Abseiling at Sipi Falls – Transfer to Kitgum

Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Day 8: Game Drive & Nile Boat Cruise in Murchison Falls

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise upstream to the base of the falls, passing hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species including the goliath heron, kingfishers, hornbills, and the rare shoebill stork.
