After a briefing by park rangers, set off in small groups to track one of the habituated gorilla families. Trekking can take 2–6 hours, depending on the gorillas’ location. Once found, you’ll spend a magical hour observing them as they play, feed, and care for their young. After this awe-inspiring encounter, return to your lodge for relaxation and reflection.
After breakfast, begin your scenic drive back to Entebbe via Kampala, with stops for lunch and souvenir shopping.
