Facilities & Services

While walk-in guests are welcomed at the hotel, availability is subject to occupancy levels. To ensure a seamless dining or drinks experience at our lodge, we kindly ask that you contact us at least one day in advance. During peak holiday periods such as Christmas to New Year’s Eve and Easter weekend, our facilities prioritize in-house guests due to restaurant capacity constraints.

Stay connected with complimentary wireless internet available in the restaurant, allowing you to share your memorable experiences. However, please note that due to our remote location, internet connectivity may be limited, especially during the evenings.

For guests staying two or more consecutive nights, we provide a laundry service with hand washing and air drying facilities. The drying time is contingent on weather conditions and incurs a surcharge.

To enhance your stay, we offer pick-up services from Kabale/Lake Bunyonyi, Kisoro, and Kigali, as well as transfers to gorilla tracking, golden monkey tracking, and volcano hike starting points. To arrange transfers, kindly notify us at least one day in advance for seamless coordination.
