Afterward, enjoy lunch en route and continue west to Kibale National Park, renowned for its high concentration of primates. Check in at your lodge near the park and rest for the exciting day ahead.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, head into Kibale Forest for an unforgettable chimpanzee tracking experience. Follow expert guides through the forest, observing chimp families and other primates like colobus monkeys and L’Hoest’s monkeys.

In the afternoon, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, famous for its diverse wildlife and scenic beauty. Arrive in time to check in at your lodge and relax for the evening.

Day 3: Game Drive, Boat Cruise & Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Begin with an early morning game drive across the Kasenyi plains in search of lions, leopards, buffalo, elephants, and antelopes.

Later, enjoy a midday boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which offers close-up views of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and an incredible variety of birds.

After the cruise, embark on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home of the mountain gorillas. Arrive in the evening and settle into your lodge.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

Today is the highlight of your trip — gorilla trekking! After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing, then hike into the dense forest with guides to locate a gorilla family. Spend an unforgettable hour watching these gentle giants in their natural habitat. Return to the lodge to relax and share stories of your once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Day 5: Second Gorilla Trekking Experience

Enjoy a second day of gorilla trekking in Bwindi, which gives you another chance to visit a different gorilla group or explore another sector of the park. This increases your chances of photography, observation, and a deeper appreciation of these endangered creatures.

After the trek, you can visit a local community or simply relax at the lodge.

Day 6: Return to Kampala / Entebbe

After breakfast, begin the return journey to Kampala or Entebbe, passing through the beautiful Ugandan countryside. You can be dropped at your hotel or directly at Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight.
