Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Kibale Forest

After a short briefing about your safari, you will begin the scenic drive toward western Uganda to Kibale Forest National Park, one of the best places in Africa for chimpanzee tracking.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Community Walk

After an early breakfast, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing about chimpanzee tracking. Experienced park rangers will explain the trekking rules and safety guidelines before you enter the forest.

Kibale Forest is home to one of the highest populations of chimpanzees in Africa. During the trek, you will walk through dense tropical forest while searching for these intelligent primates.
